Co-Operative Hospital Galle

Staff must be proper trained how to treat customers. I have faced very bad experience on an addmission recently. Counter staff do not care about the patient. They do not guide the patient. They chat each others about their personnel day to dau routines. Please make your highly attention for better service in the future.

As a repited hospital in Galle please advice telephone operators to be nice to customers. 27th January arround 2.45pm a lady operator picked up the call and she doesnt know how to reaponse the customer. Was so rude and not flexible at all. Why you need a operator who doent know to talk nicely.

Attention to the director board, Could you please give a proper training to your telephone operators.. Because we are not taking any service without paying. And this hospital is not their own property. Very poor customer service. At least they don’t know how to say sorry… Very disappointed with your service. And you must teach them to respect customers. Because, as we also worked in customer care industry we learn that customer is the king. As a well-known private hospital in galle district you people must consider these issues because i saw the same thing in some social media also before one month, but still this system is not changed..
