HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CREATE MY SITE?

Our standard timeline is 8-12 weeks to complete. This is a target timeline and in no way a guarantee. Why is that? We offer UNLIMITED REVISIONS to guarantee satisfaction. Afterall this depends on the project since the size and pace of any project is set by each client. Also how much input you can provide during the initial stages, your feedback, how soon the content is provided – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality and revisions required will also play a role in your timeline.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE TO BUILD A WEBSITE?

There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components; We design and develop custom websites specifically for your business. We’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a price quote based on that assessment. Our smallest package starts at $1000. DO I HAVE TO BE IN COLOMBO TO WORK WITH YOU?

No! We work with clients all over the world and can communicate by email, scheduled calls and Zoom meetings.

WILL YOU MAINTAIN OUR WEBSITE FOR US?

We can help maintain your website, or you can do so yourself with the more minor changes. The choice is 100% up to you. We provide on-going support for many of our clients but it is not mandatory and you will not be charged a monthly fee. You can contact us as you require updates to your website and We will provide an hourly quote based on your requests.

WILL YOU WRITE THE CONTENT FOR MY SITE?

Unfortunately, no. We’ve found that we cannot offer cost effective writing and encourage our clients to create their copy internally.

We aren’t writers and we ask our clients to be prepared with their text beforehand or be ready to write once we get started. Our UX planning stage will really help you outline what info you need to provide.

DO YOU PROVIDE WEBSITE HOSTING?

We offer Three month of free, premium managed hosting after your site is launched. Once your three months are over, managed hosting is billed monthly.

WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT “EVENINGFOLKS” TO HOST MY SITE?

No problem! Migrating your new site to a hosting provider of your choice is included at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same server up time and site speeds for sites hosted elsewhere.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Upon agreement of the quote presented, we will accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Payhere and Payoneer.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

50% payment up front and 50% when you’re thrilled with your new Website.
